Savvy Touch made this as they hate fles probably as much as you do.  This unique product not only repels flys, insects and those annoying midges, it also contains healing and cooling oils to help soothe the irritation of stings, bites and rashes.

Safe to use on your horses as that was who it was originally made for.

INGREDIENTS: Deionised Water, Neem Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Lemon Oil, Tea Tree Oil, Citronella Oil, Tween 80, Methylated Spirits, Phenoxyethanol
